¿How do I place and order?

  •          Choose the article you want
  •          Personalize in the corresponding blank spaces such as: "observations of the engraving” and in some jewels also, “face A” and “face B” of the product.
  •          Add to shopping cart and “keep on shopping” or end your order by clicking “pay for your order”
  •          Add your contact data after ending your order, also you can either sing up or log in as a registered client.
  •          In case of having an issue with your order or having a problem when navigating in our webpage, restart your browser. If you do continue having issues, contact us and we will help to solve your problem.

 

Payment methods

 

  •          Credit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Citicorp, etc., through `Caixabank’, which guarantees maximum security in all operations.
  •          Paypal, one of the safest payment methods used for internet shopping.
  •          Bank transfer, once your order is finished, you will receive an email with bank details to transfer the money to. You will have maximum 5 days to transfer the money. If you choose this option, it is very important to indicate your order number in the banck transfer concept.
  •          In case of having a problem while paying with card, we recommend you to:

When can I be expecting my order to arrive?

  •          Shipping. It is done within 3-4 working days with an additional 24 hours plus charge by the transport company MRW for domestic shipments or DHL for EU community countries. Shipment may be extended up to 6-7 business days in special days such as: end of school, mother’s day or father’s day.
  •          Package transport: All orders will be send by MRW or DHL, with home delivery and 24 hour service.

 

 

 

 

¿What is the shipping cost?

 

The shipping cost by MRW is completely free in orders over 100€. For orders below 100€, the shipping cost is 4,90€ for the Spanish peninsula and Portugal and 9,90€ for the other EU community countries.

 

¿How do I know I have made my order correctly?

 

Once your order is done, you will receive a confirmation email.

In case of having a problem or not receiving the confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

¿How is the packaging of my order?

 

All of our personalized jewels are delivered in a white elegant box and a grey bow. In the inside, you can find a card explaining how to take care of your jewel.

 

¿How do I take care of my silver jewel?

 

Usually, all of our jewels are made of sterling silver 925. This is a material that can get darkened if not used or when it lays in contact with things like sweat (because of the pH), bleach or hair dressing products.
